Beginners Guide to Mindful Eating:
Mindful Eating is not a diet nor an exercise plan. In fact, Mindful Eating actively encourages you to do away with the proverbial “good food/bad food” list. Mindful Eating is about reconnecting to a joyful relationship with food and learning how to trust your own intuitive wisdom about how to best nourish yourself. Mindful Eating is about taking the time to feed and nourish your body, mind, and heart in a compassionate manner.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn foundational mindful eating practices
- Understand the differences between mindful and mindless eating
- Learn how to identify differences between physical and emotional hunger
- Learn how to practice mindful meditation to develop awareness of present moment experiences with kindness and compassion
At the end of the workshop, you will receive a brief guide to mindful eating practices for home and a downloadable mindful eating meditation.
